		<description>Yes it is safe to eat the gooey center. Though the cakes appear to be unbaked, they are warm all the way through. Eggs begin to cook at 180 degrees F and since the oven temp is at 450, this dessert should be completely safe. If you are pregnant or have  compromised immune system, however, it is always wise to ere on the side of caution when eating any lightly-cooked egg item.
